You acknowledge that Reiki does not substitute for medical care. It is advised that you consult a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological issues you may have. Reiki can complement any medical or psychological care you are receiving. The body can heal itself, and complete relaxation is often beneficial for this process. Long-term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions to achieve the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
